If the Limited Liability Company was “formed”, how was it not signed or finalized? No state government would permit the filing for or formation of an entity without signatures.<\/p>\n

If the Articles of Organization are filed but the LLC Operating Agreement is not yet finalized, the LLC can certainly continue on as filed with the Operating Agreement listing two members (i.e. owners) rather than three.<\/p>\n
