Do I List Credit Cards from the Same Bank on the Matrix Separately?

If a Bankruptcy filer has multiple credit cards with the same issuer, does a filer need to enter the address multiple times on the Creditor Matrix? How are the account numbers designated in the matrix? If the account numbers are not listed on the matrix, how will the Bankruptcy Court be able to differentiate between the three cards?

The purpose of listing creditors on the filing’s Creditor Matrix is for the Court to provide notice of the bankruptcy filing to each creditor.

If a debtor has multiple accounts with a particular creditor, the name of the creditor only needs to be listed once on the matrix.

The actual account numbers for each account that the debtor maintains with that particular creditor are to be listed on Schedule C. It is from that form that the Trustee will be able to review the individual accounts and the debt related to each account.
